Refund policy


  • Java Tea or Me does not accept returns.  Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item. Any express shipping, where applicable, is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. If your order was damaged in transit, we will work with you to replace it with the exact same order. 

    Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged, or if the supplier made an error and shipped you the wrong order, you must Contact Us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours. If you placed an incorrect order, there are no refunds or returns

  • Please note if you are issued a Refund:  Refunds can take 10-14 business days to be reflected on your credit card and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

  • No Refunds on Gift Cards.
