FREE SHIPPING* within United States All orders are shipped with tracking information
& Delivered within 5-10 business days from the day you place the order. Once the order leaves the Roasting Facility, we are not responsible for transit. Please note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping delays, lost during transit, customs, etc., we are not responsible for your order once it leaves the facility, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your product. We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped. If there is an issue with your order delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and provide them your Tracking Number for assistance.
*Free Shipping is not included for Businesses, Restaurants, Cafes, etc. We will inform you of shipping charges prior to placing your order & will provide you with an "Invoice" detailing the order total & shipping charges.

International Orders: Only BULK Orders of 12 MOQ (minimum order quantity) each for 12oz, 2 lb & 5lb may be placed at this time; International Shipping Rates apply and are subject to USPS International Rates.
